1.1 Certification

Our company has implemented and maintains a quality assurance system for planned and systematic activities that are necessary in order to deliver to our customers products and services in required quality, required terms and for agreed prices.

Functioning and efficiency of the set quality management system are regularly audited by independent institutions. Based on these audits, our company is a holder of certificates for various market segments.

Aviation industry: The RAY SERVICE, s.r.o. Company is a holder of POA CZ.21G.0044 Licence under Part 21, Section A, Subpart G since 2005. The licence was issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic.

The most important documents are Explication of Production Organisation and Description of Quality System.

Military industry: Whereas a big part of our productions is destined for military technologies, our company received the Certificate in compliance with requirements of the NATO Standard AQAP 2120 (ČOS 051626) in 2005. This Certificate was issued by Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic DSCGQAA.

Within the codification system of NATO our company has got the NCAGE: 0418G.

If a customer asks so, we may ensure a Final Audit by a Representative of the Government Quality Assurance.

Other industry: Within the framework of quality assurance, we have had our company certified according to ISO 9000 Standards for the first time already in 1999. In 2003, our company has been certified under the last valid revision of 2000 by TÜV NORD Czech. Certificate no.: 041000156/000-E1.

The most important documents of the EN ISO 9001:2000 Standard and AQAP 2120 are Quality Manual (available in our company) and Quality Policy.

• Form 1 according to Part 21, Section A, Subpart G (one of prerequisites is conclusion of DOA-POA Agreement)
